ZT Shakhilalasy is a tall, elegant daughter of the legendary El Shaklan and is out of ZT Hilalasy, who is by U.S. National and Canadian National Top Ten Stallion, El Hilal. El Hilal has sired more Champions than any other Egyptian Stallion.
Bred by Count Federico Zichy-Thyssen, Argentina, Shakhilalasy was imported to the United States by Hank and Sandy DeShazer in 1999, and joined our farm in 2006.
She is a brilliant mare whose disposition parallels her beauty. Her first foal arrived in 2008. An outstanding colt by 2008 Canadian National Champion and 2006 U.S. Reserve National Champion Stallion, Major Jamaal.
